PERAN MANAJEMEN SEKOLAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN LAYANAN BIMBINGAN KONSELING DI SEKOLAH

A good activity is an activity that is carried out based on good planning. Counseling guidance services in schools will run well and optimally if supported by good school management. Based on this, this research will focus on the role of school management in improving the effectiveness of counseling guidance services in schools. The problems faced by guidance and counseling teachers that cause guidance and counseling services in schools to not run well and maximally are highly dependent on school management. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of school management in improving guidance and counseling services in schools, both. The research method used is qualitative research that focuses on library research. Information collection is done through written sources such as books, journals, and scientific articles. The results of this study are expected to provide an understanding to educational practitioners that management plays a significant role in improving the effectiveness of guidance and counseling services in schools.
